Why did Victor become evil and start killing everyone?
To elaborate, victor isnt like logan, he was raised by most probably an abusive father which started it all, his mutant ability comes with a primal ferocity so as he kills people in the wars, he enjoys it and keeps on doing it. basically, victor is inately evil
