That looks NOTHING like John Romita Jr's artwork. The mouths aren't huge, the characters aren't blocky, and the line work is too fine. It's either Andy Kubert, or possibly Steve Epting. It's undoubtedly somewhere from 1993-1995, and during that period neither Rogue nor Gambit appeared in Uncanny, the team had been split into the Blue and Gold teams so they were only appearing in Adjectiveless X-Men.
