What are women’s clothes sizes?

This will be my first time crossdressing as a crossdresser, and I don’t want to have to go back to the store again. I want to get a dress, top, mini skirt, thong, bra, and pantyhose. But I don’t know what size to get. I’m about 5’6 wear men’s size 29/30. Also, bust size doesn’t matter since I will be padding my bra. What size am I for a dress, skirt, thong, top, and pantyhose?

I would go for like a 6/8 in pants. Dress size 6 or 8, depending on how slim you are. Top size M. Thong size 5. Panty Hose size B. Bra size 34 B
