What cartoon is this?
A chinese folk tale perhaps. An androgenous looking kid, who may or may not be the heir to a king is slain by a cabal of dragons, who may or may not seek to rule his/her kingdom. This kid rises from the grave though, and seems to be donning some mad looking wheels around her ankles; I guess this is because she some how come back as some super girl/boy. Anyway, she returns with special powers and kills the dragons. I saw this 20 years ago; it stuck with me because I had never seen a child die in a cartoon before. What is it?
