I have a Superman #1 with signatures from artists. How should I sell and any other information you can give me?

Comic is not rated. However I believe it is in very good condition. Has signatures from artists and wife who was the model for Lois Lane. Have been looking at different venues to sell this. What would you guys recommend. Know of any buyers. WHat is the market rate? How many are in existence? Who would be a good party to sell this with and what is their commission?
