Peter David has written this is superbly to introduce his version of X-Factor to a new audience and distinguishes the differences of the illegal nation of Utopia, home of the X-Men, and the New York based X-Factor, which is a legal US business. Separate from the main story we see X-Factor being handled by Bastion separately than the rest of the X-Men.
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #629

The origin of Captain Universe is revealed and takes us back to Roger Stern’s first tussle between Spider-man and the Juggernaut. Great finale to the Roger Stern’s classic sequel and a great back-up story with terrific art by Chris Bachalo that leads into the next Spidey adventure.

The spotlight is on the Punisher and you will forget that this is an Ultimate Avengers issue until you see how he plays into that overall story. Great dialogue that you can borrow and use in everyday life to make yourself cool.

Finally Quicksilver gets a shining moment after being responsible for House of M. Great editing and complements the Mighty Avengers #36. The issue doesn’t miss a beat as it mentions the assassination attempt on Tony Stark by Ghost, the fall of USAgent, and the rise of Luke Cage as the new Thunderbolts leader. Good issue to cap off the end of Dark Reign and the dawn of the Heroic Age.
SEIGE: SECRET WARRIORS #1

We learn about the motives of the Intelligencia and the counter-actions of Red Hulk and Banner. The issue serves as a means to demonstrate how one party is called Intelligencia is being outsmarted by both brute and brains. Good issue into the mindset of both parties going into all out war.

Fantastic issue with great characterization – minor complaint one of the panels has Nick Fury’s eye patch on the wrong side of his face. I can overlook that with an enjoyable issue by Hickman.
CAPTAIN AMERICA #605

This is the conclusion issue to the story arc of Two Americas. The rogue 1950′s Captain America goes toe to toe with the current one. Great issue from start to finish that only Ed Brubaker can bring.
INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #25

Just in time for the Iron Man 2 movie release – we get the introduction of Justin Hammer’s daughter and granddaughter. After the battle with Norman Osborn and Tony Stark pulls himself together both physically and mentally and now it’s time to rebuild his new company Stark Resilent. Now the Hammer girls seem to be setting their sites on Tony Stark. Thor visits Tony in this issue to offer some financial help. Tony gets a new aerodynamic armor and we get a showcase of the designs in the back of this issue. Great issue and definitely looking forward to the future.
HULKED OUT HEROES #2

For an issue called HULKED OUT HEROES – it only serves to spotlight on Hulkpool, the hulked version of Deadpool. Nothing new except Hulkpool decides to aid the Red Hulk and we get a preview of Hulk #22, which does have the hulked out heroes of Avengers and X-Men. Continue to push out crap like this and you are going to see cannibalism within Marvel Comics because each issue will be competing with each other.
ULTIMATE COMICS WOLVERINE VS. HULK TPB

Intriguing from one of the creators and writers of LOST however fell flat due to delays of finishing the book. Hopefully the story can find a second life within the trade paperback market. Unpredictability and curiosity builds with every issue – Artwork by Leinil Yu worth taking a look.
