What ever happened to Jon Favreau’s Iron Man: Viva Las Vegas comic series?

The first two issues came out last year, and outside of a brief mention that the series was on hold by Marvel editor-in-chief Joe Quesada in March I can’t recall hearing anything on the status of that series. Has anyone heard anything about the title?

I’ve heard nothing. My guess is Favreau is too busy w/ the Iron Man film to give the comic his full attention.
