Do you think changes in laws regarding selling “chronic” high grade marijuana will impact the white community?

there will be much harsher penalities imposed, similar to harsher penalties that were imposed for crack over powder cocaine. this had a devastating impacet on the black male population. I think these new laws will impact white males in a similar manner. for the first time whites incarcerated for drugs has surpassed blacks.
this is NOT a racist question. I am serious. the changes in the crack laws and the rockefeller laws that mandated harsher penalties for crack had a serious impact on the black community.
true fact that for the first time the number of whites incarcerated for drug related crimes has surpassed the number of blacks. don’t know if it is because of the increase int he use of methamphetamines.

i think that the changes are better then. losing a family member or any innocent person to a drug user is terrible, and sometimes will go unpunished. let alone doing these things that ruin peoples lives is just as bad. i hope it impacts every ethnic population, whites included, probably even more so since, no racism intended, chronic is more expensive and generally rich white kids will get that rather than straight weed
