while playing spider man friend or foe, the game is automatically closing in one particular level.Why?

when i was playing spider man friend or foe the game is automatically closing in one particular part of the game and Microsoft’s error report generation automatically comes(that is send error and don’t send) and the game is closed.this happens only in my sys. when i click technical details it gives some hexadecimal no.s and “a temporary file is also included in error report”, it says

A file might be missing, or your computer has a virus, or the installation disk is corrupt, or perhaps the file themselves are corrupt!
