Green Lantern Comics Featuring Onomatopoeia?

I first ran into this character in the recent 3 part comic Batman Cacophony written by Kevin Smith. I loved the character and decided to look into him a bit further. According to Wikipedia his first appearance was in Green Arrow #12 (in the green arrow era written by Kevin Smith) and I know he appears in Issue 13 because I was able to find that at the shop I work in. Obviously since 13 ended on a cliffhanger I can assume he appears in number 14 as well. But does anyone know about anything beyond that? Is he in 15 or even 16? Also if anyone knows of any of his other appearances (I know there aren’t many) then that would be fantastic as well. Thanks in advance

Only other time I have seen him was in the series ’52′ but other than that, and the two that you had mentioned, I haven’t seen him elsewhere
