So far I figure that brute strength isn’t the only way to win a battle, accuracy and precision are also important. Out of this list of Fictional Characters..Who do you think has the most accuracy with weapons such as throwing stars, bow and arrow, guns….and etc….

Personally I chose Bullseye…he can turn any object into a projectile weapon and hit any target in like 2 mile radius moving or not.
Bullseye, Hawkeye are pretty equal in my eyes.
