America Comic Book

I’m making a DRAMA comic book aimed for teens and adults, I have some questions pertaining to publishing…?
I don’t know why but I felt inspired to share this idea with you all.
In many Western countries (America, Europe, etc.) comic books are aimed at children and it’s considered immature for an adult to read comics. In Eastern countries (Japan, China, Korea), it is OK for an adult to read a comic book because there is a variety of comic books. There are Dramas, Action, and um… “sexual” comic books.
The Comic Book I am making is going to be a drama (for all of you drama lovers!). I KNOW it’s going to be a hit!
One of the main characters have an optimistic personality like many of you here, so I think it’ll be interesting for you.
I have a few questions, how do get your comic book into the stores? How do you sell them and where do you sell them?
Reading Comic Books is good for you:

Get it published. Find someone in a publishing company who likes your comic and have them see what they can do about getting it published.

Comic Books $93.99 A comic book (often shortened to simply comic and sometimes called a funny book, comic paper or comic magazine) is a magazine made up of narrative artwork, often accompanied by dialog (usually in word balloons, emblematic of the comic book artform) and often including brief descriptive prose. The first comic book appeared in the United States of America in 1934, reprinting the earlier newspaper comic strips, which established many of the storytelling devices used in comics today. The term comic book arose because the first comic books reprinted humor comic strips, but despite their name, comic books do not necessarily operate in humorous mode; most modern comic books tell stories in a variety of genres. The Japanese and European comic book markets demonstrate this clearly. In the United States the superhero genre dominates the market, even though other genres also exist. The Bashful Vampire Murder Comic Book Murders $17.9 Double your pleasure, double your fun with a Frank Callahan Mystery Twofer. Frank Callahan is a gay LAPD detective who first appeared in the freeforall mystery, The DVD Murders. He and his longterm friend and partner, Detective Barry Jennings, are back in two contemporary crime fiction stories that will keep you guessing all the way.The Bashful Vampire Murder begins where most vampire tales end: in the apprehension of a vampire hunter right after he has driven a stake through his quarrys heart. The defense attempts to prove that vampires exist and the homicide was justified. To Callahans horror, the trial ends in a hung jury. Only the resourcefulness and savvy of the tough cynical detective stand between justice and the killer being allowed to walk.In the Comic Book Murders, the two flatfoots run the gamut of superhero and villain suspects, from Captain America and the Caped Crusader to the Joker and Firebug until outstanding police work and dogged persistence lead them to the unlikely killer. On the way, we get to visit a kinetic comic book convention, the backstreets of Hollywood, and a firebombing in Westwood on Halloween eve.
